Pick-a-bag! August 2, 2009
Here’s something fun- I’m going to call it “Pick-a-bag”. First pick a bag style, then pick your print, email me at andrea@originalandrea.com your order and in about a week or less you will have a new bag! The material is a very nice canvas like fabric. Very durable, and extremely vibrant.
Order before September and you will only pay $30 instead of my usual $40!
Disclaimer- I will pick the liner material (it will match) and I can only make these bag styles with these prints due to available quantity and the weight of the material.

Why can’t I? July 28, 2009
So I own a really expensive Canon Rebel XT Digital SLR Camera.
I bought it as a reward when I received a HUGE raise.
I dream of taking spectacular photographs, ones that make you go “ahhhhh”.
But alas- I suck at using my camera. Maybe 1 out of 1000 photos has the “ahhhh” factor.
I hate that I don’t know how to take a good shot. It’s not just the camera, or lack of camera knowledge, but it’s me. I just can’t see a good shot, I’m too shy to set one up, I can’t visualize what will look the best, or something- I don’t know what the issue is.
It’s so sad for me, that most of the time I’d rather not take a photo at all.
Sew…. July 27, 2009
So I’m trying to sew. I made a few taggies (already gone to a friend), burp clothes, nursing covers, finished up a lovely gift set for my old boss, and am currently working on my “Little Crayon Purse” I had this great idea and designed this great pattern and purse and I’m trying to perfect both. May try to get the pattern up for sale at the local quilt shop. I’m neglecting other important things like dishes, showering, floors, etc so that I can sew while my newborn sleeps. Will get pics up soon.

Colton! July 22, 2009
So Colton arrived one week late… he’s the cutest, snuggliest little baby. He loves to nurse, which is wonderful because it’s so good for him, and FREE!!
Sewing is officially on hold, someday soon I hope to pick it back up again, but currently my time is spent with my kids, and cleaning, and sleeping… mostly in that order.
